The building is kept clean, the laundry room is modern and always clean, snow removal is very quick and the other tenants are so friendly! "Your ad said something like "best location in Leamington with views across Lake Erie to the US". Not being a local I wasn't sure what to expect but its true. I'm on the 5th floor facing Lake Erie and the view is absolutely incredible. Living here is like living in a condo but at rental property prices. I was blown away by the common areas. "When Gert and I were looking for something affordable but nice to downsize into in Woodstock we must have walked through 10 different apartment buildings. Many were nice, some were very poor, but yours we thought was special. A great group of other like minded Seniors here at Perry Manor. Everyone is so friendly but also keep to themselves a little bit, which we like to do. And we really like the glass balcony railings. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance staff here is pretty darn good. The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. Rents are affordable and the property is, for the most part, kept clean. What I really like is it's very near to Food Basics, Walmart, Staples and all other Shopping malls, Restaurants and grocery stores. I would certainly recommend this location as a great place to live.
