Peace of Mind

All of our multi residential rental properties are purpose-built and wholly owned by SKA, not by individual investors (such as is the case in many purpose built condo properties used as rentals), who can lawfully require a Tenant to vacate if the individual investor requires (or says they do) your rental suite for their own use. We cannot and would not do that. We respect your right to lawful tenure and occupancy, giving you the rental stability and peace of mind you deserve and are lawfully provided by your rental agreement. Your individual unit will never be sold, so you will never have to move out for an owner to move in or otherwise re-take possession, forcing you to vacate. We ensure that all of our properties are fire safe, have secured access, video surveillance, 24 /7 on-site staff and are maintaned to the highest standards.

Each SKA Apartment has trained onsite staff who live with you in the building, and work alongside a professional team at Head Office. That means they care about the building YOU live in, because they live there too.
